WMO Bulletin presents present and future leaders in water and climate science: An intergenerational perspective

There are many success stories of women working in science. The article profiles some of the present – including GERICS director Daniela Jacob - and future leaders in weather, water and climate science, and provides an intergenerational perspective on what it is like working in meteorology, hydrology and/or climatology. They discuss how they started their careers, their greatest achievements and offer advice for future female scientists.
