Overall concept and design
A two-stage training program is developed for

(I) consultants involved in climate risk analyses and
(II) for experts of financing institutions.

The overall aim is to strengthen the capabilities for integrating climate information into development projects and climate risk analyses, sustained in an international network of climate experts, consultants and financing institutions.
