Katerina Davydok has been working at the Climate Service Center Germany (GERICS) in the Strategy and Networks department since the end of 2019. In the first two years, she took on administrative and organizational tasks in the GERICS secretariat.
Since 2021, Katerina has been working as a research assistant. Initially, she supported third-party funding acquisition and analyzed and synthesized scientific innovation projects in the context of national and international research funding. At the end of 2023, she started in the new CLICCS project “Knowledge Transfer / AI Integration.” Her tasks include building a network for integrating AI systems and AI-based solutions at the interface of business intelligence and climate services, as well as community management.
Before her work at GERICS, Katerina worked for eight years in a mechanical engineering company, where she provided commercial support to project teams in the global sales and export of industrial equipment.
Katerina Davydok holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Sales Management with a focus on knowledge management, business intelligence, and agile approaches to sales-related process optimization. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Asian Studies.
